Absolutely not, however we would love to stay in touch and as an account holder you would obviously get a certain 1st time discount. Also you will be intimated via mail about all our new products and flash sales that get launched time and again.

Q1. What Payment Options Does AJS Living Support?

We accept all Visa, American Express and Master credit cards.

Net banking is a favorite option for a lot of our customers. We accept net banking from mostly all banks.

We also do Cash on delivery (COD), however this option is not open for all products and comes with additional cost to the customer in terms of Rs. 100/- shipping charges.

Q2. Are there any additional charges to be paid?

No other additional charge is to be paid. Price of the product includes any taxes that need to be paid. That’s the only transparent amount that you pay for the product.

Q1. How Long Will It Take For Me To Receive My Order?

We shall process your order immediately and it should reach you in a maximum of seven working days within India.

Q2. How Can I Track My Order?

You can track your order anytime by entering order id into track my order (mention where the link will be).

Q3. What Do The Different Order Statuses Mean?

Order Placed: When an order has been placed after completing the payment options and receiving a sms/email alert on your mobile or email id.

Processing: When we are working towards packing and dispatching your chosen items.

Cancelled: When either you or we cancel an order. Though we hope to see this option as rarely as possible J

Send out: When we have successfully couriered your purchase to the mailing address you have given.

Q4. When And How Can I Cancel An Order?

Within the first 12 hours of having placed an order you may cancel the same. We hope to never see this happen but we wish to give you complete freedom to make your choice

Q5. Can I Change My Shipping Address After Placing My Order?

Absolutely, just place different orders with different shipping addresses, we shall do the needful.

Q7. What If I Am Not At Home At The Time Of Delivery?

The courier team will inform you before arriving, just ensure to co-ordinate the most appropriate time for delivery for both parties involved.

Returns & Exchanges

Q1. What Is Your Return Policy?

We are sure the product will live up to your expectation. However, we do understand that there might be a rare chance where you might wish to return the product.

Terms and conditions for return

  1. You must return your purchase item within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Items should be unused, unsoiled and complete with all original packaging and labels.
  3. Ensure to have the invoice copy/ bill receipt with the same.
  4. No washed, cut or damaged product will be refunded.
  5. Only products bought on our website will be considered under the refund policy.
  6. Mail us at [email protected] and we shall share the way forward for the return process. Attach a copy of the invoice in your mail for easy reference.
  7. In case you do not have the copy of your receipt then we can help you with an exchange or a gift card only.
